The Passport Buffet offers American traditional favorites and international dishes at three meals a day. It's open until midnight on Friday and Saturday. Jonathan's has a menu of sandwiches and salads, and the Chartroom is a sports bar, with Midwest barbecue a specialty. Grand Victoria: This Rising Sun casino takes an upper class Victorian England slant. Buckingham's is a steakhouse with "an interior reminiscent of an English gentleman's library," serving seafood, steaks, and offering a full wine list. Belterra: In addition to Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse, the casino offers: The Ultimate Buffet, open for three meals daily, with a rotisserie, pizza oven, two fresh salad bars and an Asian station. The Aquarium serves contemporary seafood dishes, with an open kitchen and a saltwater aquarium. Casino Cafe is their late-night sandwich shop.
