SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 2004--The new casinos authorized under Proposition 68, with their 30,000 new slot machines, would result in hundreds of thousands of new car trips every day, according to a traffic analysis of the initiative, released today by No on Proposition 68. This additional traffic would be concentrated in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area, recently ranked as the top two for traffic congestion (based on time spent stuck in traffic).
